We offer two levels of tile & grout service. Our Basic service is designed to give the customer the quality service they need at an economical rate. The Premium service retains the high quality and extends the service with grout sealant and high speed buffing for a longer lasting clean you can see. New sealant will also fill in the porous surface of the grout making it more resistant to resoiling and also making your daily mopping so much more effective.
We also clean many other hard surfaces with a similar process. Concrete, stone, ceramic, vinyl, linoleum and other hard surfaces benefit greatly from regular cleanings. Although these materials are much more resilient to stains and odors, over time the protective finish begins to fade. We can help increase the longevity and appearance of your surfaces with a regular maintenance plan customized to your needs.

- pretreat surface with cleaner
- Rotary floor machine aggressively scrubs surface to remove ground in contaminants
- Grout brush with aggressive bristles for areas inaccessible to floor machine
- Rinse and extract at 1200psi using Turboforce Hard surface extractor
Premium Service:
Starting at $175
- Vacuum all surface dirt
